About Digital Product Passport by Narravero
The "Digital Product Passport by Narravero" is a pioneering solution for creating digital product passports and connecting them directly to Pimcore. This allows all relevant product information from Pimcore to be seamlessly output in digital product passports - without additional maintenance or manual synchronisation. As soon as a data record is updated in Pimcore, the new information is immediately visible in the Digital Product Passport. The "Digital Product Passport by Narravero" thus enables a completely new dimension of product communication that focuses on efficiency, transparency and up-to-dateness.
The centralised data management in Pimcore combines perfectly with the flexible provision of product information via the Digital Product Passport. With Pimcore, companies retain a complete overview of their articles, catalogues and media data, while the digital product passport provides the latest data at all times. This seamless transition between product master data and its live display not only saves time and resources, but also creates a modern user experience - for example via NFC tags or QR codes that are attached directly to the product and open the digital product passport with ease.
The use cases are diverse: from product specifications and image material to certifications, warranties and compliance information through to videos or 3D visualisations, everything can be provided via the digital product passport and automatically updated from Pimcore. This benefits both end customers, who always receive reliable information, and internal teams, who only have to work in one system - namely Pimcore - and still cover all relevant output channels.

SLA

We do
not offer an SLA for the "Digital Product Passport by Narravero" as
standard. However, customers with special requirements can conclude an
individual service level agreement that regulates, for example, response times
and prioritised support. If you are interested in an SLA, please contact us
directly so that we can prepare a customised offer.
Installation service
- We support companies with the installation of the "Digital Product Passport by Narravero". In addition to the documentation provided , we also offer professional installation and configuration services on request. We support you from the initial installation through to the final integration into your system landscape, including individual customisations or interface connections. Invoicing
- The connecting extension is offered at a price of EUR 5,000 for 12 months and does not include the Narravero Platform License itself, which is subject to a separate agreement. Narravero pricing is usage-dependent, based on a monthly base fee and the number of Digital Product Passes (DPPs) created, hosted and special features. .
- By default, the license costs are billed once a year. Please contact us if you require a different billing frequency.
