How it works

1. Import and extract - upload PDF catalogs, Excel, CSV, JSON, XML or images. A tracked 4-stage pipeline (parse, extract, map, apply) returns structured data with a confidence score per attribute.
2. Intelligent mapping to Pimcore - AI maps extracted data onto your existing Pimcore model, matching attributes and suggesting new attributes, groups, classification store keys, dictionaries and units only when needed.
3. Advanced model recognition - automatically detects base products, variants (size, color, material), units of measure and relationships, and applies inheritance rules in line with your Pimcore data model.
4. Human-in-the-loop review - a confidence score (0-100%) on every field. Bulk-approve everything above 90% and fix edge cases inline with a visual before/after diff. AI proposes, you decide.
5. One-click export to Pimcore - push clean, validated, pre-mapped data straight into Pimcore via API: full catalog, selected products or delta sync, with an audit trail for every change.
